Is LymphCore MethodTM safe if I’m recovering from surgery, stress, or chronic conditions?

Yes, our practices are intentionally gentle for body and adaptable for many phases of healing.
However, after surgery is recommended to get advise from your doctor about how long you should wait before starting with our programs.

How much time do I need each day?
