This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, memberships, digital products, courses, certifications, professional programs, retreats,
and services offered by LymphCore Global LLC through the Website and associated platforms.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and Membership Terms.

General Refund Principles

Due to the digital nature of many Services and immediate access to proprietary content, all sales are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Refunds are provided only in circumstances outlined in this Policy or where required by applicable law.

Digital Products and Online Courses

Purchases of digital products, downloadable materials, recorded courses, and on-demand educational content are non-refundable once access has been granted.
This includes immediate access to videos, materials, protocols, and educational resources.

Membership Subscriptions

Retreats and In-Person Experiences

Unless otherwise stated:

Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within the stated cancellation window may forfeit partial or full payment.
No refunds are issued for no-shows, early departures, or unused portions of a retreat.
Travel, accommodation, and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

If LymphCore Global LLC cancels a program, session, or retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, users may be offered a refund, credit, or alternative option at the
Company’s discretion.
The Company is not responsible for incidental or consequential costs incurred by users.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting the Company may result in immediate suspension of access.
The Company reserves the right to contest chargebacks and recover associated fees where misuse or policy violations are identified.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this Policy limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable laws, including certain EU consumer protection regulations.
