Scope of These Terms

These Professional Certification Terms govern all professional training programs,
certification courses, practitioner pathways, educational credentials, and related materials offered by LymphCore Global LLC through the Website and associated platforms.
These Terms apply to all individuals enrolling in, participating in, or representing themselves as certified under any LymphCore Global LLC program.

Nature of Certification

Certification issued by LymphCore Global LLC confirms successful completion of a
specific educational or training program only.
Certification does not constitute medical licensure, healthcare authorization, or legal permission to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
Certification does not replace or override any local licensing, regulatory, or professional requirements.

Eligibility and Participation

Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet any prerequisites disclosed for a certification program.
Enrollment does not guarantee certification. Certification may require completion of coursework, assessments, practical components, attendance, or demonstrated
competency as defined by the program.

Professional Responsibility and Compliance

Certified individuals acknowledge and agree that:

They are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and professional standards in their jurisdiction.
They must operate within the lawful scope of their profession.
They may not make medical claims, guarantees, or representations beyond what is legally permitted.

Use of Certification, Titles, and Branding

Certified individuals may reference their certification only in the manner expressly permitted by the Company.
Use of the LymphCore name, trademarks, logos, or method identifiers is subject to brand guidelines and limited license terms.
Certification may not be used to imply endorsement, partnership, employment, or agency relationship with LymphCore Global LLC.

Prohibited Conduct

Certified individuals may not:
Misrepresent the scope or nature of certification.
Make false or misleading health or medical claims.
Imply guaranteed outcomes or results.
Use certification after suspension or revocation.
Resell, sublicense, or alter certification materials.
Engage in conduct that damages the reputation or integrity of the Company.

Revocation and Suspension

LymphCore Global LLC reserves the right to suspend or revoke certification at its sole discretion for:
Violation of these Terms.
Misuse of certification or branding.
Ethical violations or harmful conduct.
Legal or regulatory concerns.
Failure to comply with program requirements.

Revocation may occur without refund and requires immediate cessation of certification use.

No Guarantees of Professional Success

The Company makes no guarantees regarding professional success, income, client outcomes, business growth, or recognition resulting from certification.
Certification does not guarantee acceptance by insurers, regulators, employers, or professional bodies.

Intellectual Property

All certification materials, methodologies, protocols, manuals, videos, and assessments are the intellectual property of LymphCore Global LLC.

Third-Party Relationships

Certified individuals agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from their professional conduct.

Termination of Participation

The Company may terminate participation in certification programs for violations of these Terms or related policies.
Upon termination, all rights to certification and associated branding cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections under applicable EU law.
